Adelco launches first direct to film system

Adelco has added to its product portfolio a fully intelligent HD four headed direct to film printer and automatic powder shaker.

The DTF printer has a high aluminium milling frame ensuring a stable output with four print heads. This solution comes with an advanced mechanical control system that ensures more stable printing. With a thoughtful and easy touch screen operating system the printer is easy to use.

Features of the printer include:

• A precision paper pinch roller – Ensures accuracy and stability of the paper.
• Advanced capping station – Keeps ink flow fluent.
• Intelligent suction control panel – Simple and responsive.
• Ink alarm system – allows ink to be added in advance, avoiding printing abnormalities caused by ink shortage.
• Anti-collision device of print heads – Avoid collision between print head and trolley.

Adelco’s DTF comes complete with a belt conveyor auto feeding powder shaker machine, making the process efficient and seamless.

Features of the powder shaker include:

• Drying system – ensuring immediate drying when printing at speed.
• One metre heating tunnel – Progressive heating with long service life, even and economical heating.
• High sensitivity temperature sensor – Automatically controls and adjusts the temperature.
