More colours than ever before
With super-fast heat pressing times as little as three seconds, the Poli-Flex Turbo is recognised as being the best in class when it comes to coloured HTV. Continued investment means that this range is now boosted with 58 colours available off the shelf for next day delivery, including eight neon fluorescents and no less than 16 bright metallic options keeping it up to date with evolving trends.
This super soft PU film can be used on a variety of textiles such as cotton, polyester and blended fabrics such as polyester/ acrylic as well as uncoated nylon. With its brilliant level of stretch, this range is also perfect for leisure and activewear but the special thing about all products in the Turbo range is the speed and temperature of heat pressing. This dramatically cuts down on the application time, improving both productivity and profitability.
At a temperature of 160°C, pressing time is only three seconds, but it can also be applied at a press temperature as low as 130°C for just five seconds.

Print it Turbo!
For anyone looking for a great printable all-rounder, say hello to the Image Flex 4036 Turbo Print! Dorotape’s top selling printable HTV is a soft white PU film can be used on a variety of textiles such as cotton, polyester and blended fabrics such as polyester/ acrylic as well as uncoated nylon. Printable with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks, the special primer topcoat offers unrivalled ink anchorage, high resolution image printing and excellent washing-resistance.
Like its colourful cousin, the Image Flex 4036 Turbo Print can be applied at press temperatures as low as 130oC making it the perfect all-rounder for any garment decorator.
Printing sportswear? There’s now a Turbo for that too. The Image Flex 4010 Turbo Print Sub Block has the added bonus of a sublimation resistant blockout layer to prevent colour migration of polyester fabrics showing through the printed image. Pressed at the lower end of the Turbo scale you are always sure of a winning result.
What to watch for in 2023
Innovation is a buzz word at Dorotape and the company is at the heart of new product developments in the world of HTV.
Look out for eco-friendly printable Turbo options; 4038H2O and 4039 Go Green that are both 100% solvent free water-based PU films with eco-friendly liners as well as a version specifically for UV printing inks.
Also joining the line up for 2023 is a metallic printable film Poli-Flex 4655 as well as flame retardant options, the printable Poli-Flex 4670FR plus eight standard colours in the aptly named Poli-Flex Flame Retardant range. These comply with DIN EN ISO 4589-2 standard and have been specially developed for use in high fire risk areas such as for hotel staff, industrial workwear and motorsport clothing.
