With the family-owned Korean manufacturer continually investing in new production lines within Class 1,000 clean room facilities ISO 9001:2015 (the only HTV manufacturer to produce in this way), Dae Ha also exclusively and a world first, uses recycled blended polyesters in all its heat transfer vinyl, backed up by certification from Control Union, which is focused on the sustainability of supply chains for industries such as food, bioenergy and textile markets.
Dae Ha is also a proud holder of ISO 14001:2015, an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system, plus all its HTV is produced with either REACH or SGS Test Reports, while the majority of its HTV is EN71-3:2019 certified.
Lusting over Lustre Flex
New Lustre Flex will bring an elegance like no other HTV currently available. Produced from a woven fabric, containing metallic yarn, Lustre Flex makes for shimmering colours like gentle waves, for luxurious prints & designs, with a unique texture too. Becoming available in 18 colours and patterns, Lustre Flex will become the No.1 new HTV for 2023.
Can’t believe it’s not ‘real’ glitter…
Dae Ha is excited to be launching an additional Glitter HTV, that provides the same deep sparkle and bling as its textured Premium Glitter, but this version is completely smooth to the touch, with weeding properties similar to the incredibly easy to weed Shimmer Flex. And with the obvious advantages a non-textured, but same deep sparkle Glitter HTV will bring to the end customer.
Also new to the Dae Ha range
Super Stretch Flex is first up. Once applied to your garments, it’ll have stretch and rebound performance like no other, while Mesh Flex, is exactly that. It’s similar to One Flex PU, but with very small holes, thereby allowing larger transfers such as sports names or numbers to breathe.
Spangle Plus is an upgrade to Design film with a double layered release liner for ease of weeding. Available in three die cut shapes across nine Holographics and Chameleon HTV, seeing is believing for the design effects this HTV will bring.
Metallic and Holographic HTV will also see upgrades with these films become more mirrored, brighter with even deeper sparkle for the Holo HTV.

Exclusive to Dae Ha UK, the most powerful HTV remover on the market, AlbaChem’s VLR completely removes vinyl letters and residues from most fabrics, and transfers such as tagless labels. Highly effective and fast drying, VLR saves you time and money by dramatically reducing seconds, ensuring greater sustainability.
Approved by global brands, VLR importantly does not contain Methelyne Chloride (Dichloromethane) or Carcinogens, as per most other vinyl removers, such as the available spray removers.
