International Coatings announced the return of its popular Phantom Black 716 ink. The reformulated and improved ink delivers a creamy, deep-coloured black with superior performance characteristics.
Phantom Black is non-phthalate (like all International Coatings inks). It is fast flashing with low-tack and excellent opacity and provides a deep dark finish. Phantom Black offers outstanding easy-to-print performance and achieves excellent penetration into fabrics when printed through fine mesh counts.
Mark Brouillard, print product manager of International Coatings, said: “The reformulated Phantom Black 716 represents the continuing evolution of our products to meet the needs of our customers.
“Phantom Black responds to marketplace and customer demands for a value-priced, high-pigment performance black ink.”
All of the printers who beta tested the company’s reformulated Phantom Black commented on its great opacity and how easy it was to print on both automatic and manual printers.
