The Purple Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sim Shalom as the new Managing Director, effective 1st January 2026.

With over 35 years of experience in the promotional merchandise industry, Mr Shalom brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the role.

He is taking over from Robin Lyon-Smith, who has held the position for 21 years but now takes on the role of CEO and retains his position as head of the Board of Directors.

“We are excited to welcome Sim to the senior team,” said Mr Lyon-Smith.

“He brings a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge that will help us build on our momentum and continue delivering value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.”

This transition reflects The Purple Company’s ongoing commitment to excellence and
long-term growth.
