The autumn leg of the Print & Stitch 2026 season is well and truly underway, with two lively shows in Exeter and Birmingham this week.
Exeter – Tuesday, September 22
It opened the week in the South West, where decorators, embroiderers, and print professionals from across Devon, Cornwall, and beyond joined for a full day of demonstrations, conversation, and hands-on discovery.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming throughout, giving visitors plenty of time to talk in depth with exhibitors, see the latest machinery running live, and explore new ideas for their businesses. The organisers said it was great to see so many familiar faces alongside businesses joining the show for the first time.
Birmingham – Thursday, September 24
Two days later, it was in the heart of the Midlands, and the show brought the same energy and enthusiasm. Visitors came with clear plans and real projects in mind, from businesses looking to add embroidery or print to their offering to established companies ready to scale up. Exhibitors reported quality conversations across the
day, with plenty of promising leads and follow-ups already in the diary.
Thank you
Print & Stitch offers a huge thank you to every visitor who came along, and to the exhibitors for their demonstrations, expertise, and warm welcome on the stands. The show is built on bringing the industry together face to face, and both shows this week did exactly that.
Still to come
If you missed it this week, there’s still time to catch the tour. The show will be in London on Tuesday, October 20 and Liverpool on Thursday, October 22. Entry is free. Register now at www.printandstitch. org/shows. The organisers look forward to seeing you there.
