Ricoh is in the top 26% of businesses for employee satisfaction according to TIME Magazine’s 2025 World’s Best Companies list.
The printer manufacturer ranked 912th out of 1,000 on the overall list which compares corporations from all fields and markets.
The list, decided by TIME and Statista, is determined across three areas: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency.
Ricoh sat at 252nd for employee satisfaction, putting it in the top 26% category and 11th overall in the IT, Electronics, Hardware & Equipment sector.
