The latest single head, 12 needle, embroidery machine is now available.

The Sprint 6 has been introduced to the embroidery sector with new features, including the thinnest tubular arm in the industry according to ZSK.

The ZSK Sprint 6 embroidery machine is loaded with new features. The new tubular arm allows embroidery in the narrowest of textiles, i.e. shirt pockets, shoes etc. The clean arm design, with minimised open spaces, helps to prevent textiles getting damaged or to be pulled into any open spaces. The system also works without a picker at the front, which stops the textiles being pulled by the picker into the hook. The new tubular arm has been introduced firstly on the ZSK Sprint 6. Over a period of one year, the tubular arm will be introduced to many other ZSK embroidery machines.

Other design features included are the new pocket and shoe frames. The pocket frame is now available in three sizes. In conjunction with the new tubular arm, these new sizes allow embroidery on even the narrowest of pockets; the smallest frame measuring at 80x54mm. The shoe frame has also had a slight make-over, with a new clamping method which holds the shoe tightly with clamping pressure distributed evenly. The frame now allows embroidery over a larger field, for larger and more detailed designs.

Recently on show at the ZSK in house exhibition, these new releases were very well received by machine users and distributors. Andrew Stocks from Stocks Sewing & Embroidery Solutions said: “ZSK is described as a world-leader in innovation through new technologies, and I think that this just proves it. This new machine demonstrates that despite already being an industry leader, they will not rest on their laurels. I was extremely proud to be involved in this special launch, and Stocks is delighted to be the UK distributor for ZSK and a champion for these ever-evolving machines.”
