2018 sees ground breaking films and more

Dae Ha UK is delighted to announce the addition of ground breaking films to its range during 2018, to yet further establish itself as the UK’s fastest growing brand of premium quality textile films.

Fuelled by an unrivalled quality to price ratio, 2017 again saw Dae Ha UK add on average two new customers every day, culminating in huge double digit growth. Continued rapid growth and reputation has enabled the company to expand not only across the UK, but into all four corners of Europe with new customers and distributors alike.

Arriving in 2018…

A world first: Following a two year development program, Dae Ha has successfully manufactured a stretchable version of the already enviable Glitter film. Described as a game changer during customer trials, the film will initially be available in the more popular colours, before being rolled out across the current unrivalled set of 40 colours. Maintaining a brilliant deep Glitter effect wash after wash, Stretchable Glitter film will open up a whole new level of design applications, in particular for Lycra, as Dae Ha’s Glitter films continue to go from strength to strength.

More colours and patterns for Stretch Metallic: One of Dae Ha’s fastest growing films this past year will see further increases in the colours and patterns made available during 2018. This superb CAD-Cut version of textile Stamping Foil is incredibly thin, has superb elasticity, is extremely easy to weed and has the ability to cut incredibly fine detail. The film literally melts into the weave of the fabric providing a satin type effect for a luxurious finish. Forget CAD-Cut adhesive and foil combo, this is an all-in-one film that will prove hugely popular with your customers.

A five second press is coming to Premium PU and Printable (Digital) PU. The introduction of a quick press hot melt will become a standard time saving feature for all colours. Along with the current premium grade polyurethane, this ensures a fast application of thin, luxurious transfers, which have great opacity and elasticity. While for Printable PU, it also provides a whiter background for your printed designs.

Lotus Heat Transfer Presses: Dae Ha UK is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with Lotus Transfer Press Solutions, to bring this range of premium heat presses to the UK and Ireland.

Solely manufactured in Italy since 1972, Lotus Heat Presses are available in manual, semi-automatic or pneumatic versions, from small formats for breast pockets (13x12cm), to industrial size presses (180x100cm) or custom dimensions. You can use printing plates of different sizes and even a cap set on the swap presses so almost all jobs can be done with just one press. By request, Lotus can make individual press and accessories according to your requirements.
