The Gauntlet III is M&R’s high-production mid-size automatic press. It is available in 10-16 colours with a maximum image area of 48x55cm. The large touchscreen can display information and commands in multiple languages. It features an independent print-start/print-finish setting; jog-left/jog-right controls; onboard self-diagnostics; a production speed monitor; real-time production data; a test-print setting that turns individual printheads on/off during test-print cycles; and a stopwatch feature that enables users to capture elapsed time for setup, runtime, shift time, or any other screen printing operation.

Gauntlet III has a servo-drive motor, electric-drive printheads with four-corner off-contact settings, tool-free front and rear print-stroke adjustment, and pneumatic screen clamps. The squeegee/floodbar park feature simultaneously retracts the squeegee and floodbar and moves them to the outside edge of the press. M&R’s Laser Locator System speeds pallet and garment positioning.

Other standard features include squeegee pressure regulators; independent squeegee and floodbar speed adjustments; independently-set angle and calibrated squeegee and floodbar pressure adjustments; adjustable rear screen holders; M&R’s electronically adjustable Ink Dip ink retrieval system that keeps ink in the screen printing area; a Maintenance Minder system that alerts operators when scheduled maintenance is due; and Squeegee Dam which helps keep thinner inks out of the image area.

Sportsman EX is available in a wide range of configurations and maximum image areas of 41x46cm, 51x51cm, and 51x71cm. All presses feature electric printheads, servo-driven indexers, multiple print-stroke capability, and a new colour touchscreen interface with graphical displays and icon-based labeling that can show information and commands in numerous languages.

Also standard are a tool-free pallet locator system, quick release pallet locks, and enhanced front micro-registration adjustments. Digital squeegee/floodbar speed displays enable easy, accurate speed adjustments at a glance. Optional features include M&R’s Optical No-Shirt Detector, which minimises the misprints and press stoppage that result from improper shirt loading.

The six-colour/four-station Kruzer is M&R’s most affordable entry-level manual screen printing press. It includes tapered-roller-bearing-supported upper and lower carousels, a precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system.

M&R’s System Integration design allows Kruzer to integrate seamlessly with the easy-to-use Tri-Loc Rapid Registration System. Kruzer’s maximum screen width – 58cm – also fits most automatic presses. Kruzer delivers unprecedented quality, performance, and value in a manual press.
