001 Grand opening for new major Norty office space
Norty has opened its new facility in Livingston

Norty has officially opened a new 20,000ft sq facility that will now become the home if its northern team.

This new office building at Spindle House, Almondvale Business Park, Livingston, has the capacity for up to 140 team members and reflects Norty’s long-term commitment to Scotland, its people, and its future.

Jawad Jumani, managing director of Norty, said: “This investment is about more than bricks and mortar.

“It’s about creating a home for our people, a space that reflects who we are and where we’re going.

“Livingston has been central to our journey, and we’re proud to deepen our roots here while building a workplace that inspires creativity, wellbeing and high performance.”

The building of the new office space follows on from the success of the 2025 merger with Henbury brands, and provides a physical foundation to strengthen its collaboration across all of Norty’s 11 brands.

Following a year of transformation, this investment signals confidence in Norty’s trajectory.

The Livingston headquarters will act as a central hub for brand development, operations and innovation as the business continues to evolve across the UK and international markets.

The new facilities were officially inaugurated on April 10 at a well-attended opening event, bringing together employees alongside their friends and families.

The occasion included an address and ribbon cutting by Abbas Jumani, a number of team-building activities and catering from food trucks, fostering a strong sense of community, further reflected in the presence of staff members’ young families.
