Lotus manufactures various sizes of high pressure pneumatic presses, all perfectly suit the art of successful sublimation printing, from 40x50cm desktop to 100x180cm large format.
The Lotus M-Press series (large format) is innovative and unique on the market. It has been specifically designed for sublimation and high pressure applications.
With patented membrane technology, the M-Press series like all Lotus presses, offers a constant even pressure across every square centimetre of the printing plates. Utilising a compressed air inflated rubber membrane; this also ensures correct pressure is applied, even when pressing materials with different thicknesses at the same time.
The pressure can be regulated in steps of 0.1 bar starting from 0.1 to 4.5 bar (4.5 bar is the equivalent to 8 bar on a conventional pneumatic heat press).
The alphanumeric touch screen display allows you to enter the transfer time and the pressure alternatively in kg/cm2 or bar. The transfer temperature is displayed separately. High-quality ceramic heating elements are integrated in the heating plate. With a fast start up time to operating temperature, they ensure an equal temperature across the whole printing plate and are individually interchangeable and with two pressure feeds, one plate can be prepared for printing while the other is being pressed.
Other printing surface variants and individual customer-specific formats are also available, all coming with an industry leading two year warranty.
