Fully integrated print and cut RIP software solution built for automation

The latest release of CADlink Technology’s Digital Factory builds upon the existing power of the RIP software’s high-fidelity colour management engine and highly flexible production workflow capabilities.

Digital Factory v10 provides the ideal solution for todays high, in-demand automated production workflow processes. The all-inclusive RIP software package addresses most pre-production, job scheduling and management requirements while supporting most digital print applications including wide format print, print and cut, textile, UV as well as many specialty print applications. It essentially eliminates the need to use third-party pre-production software packages as well as separate RIP applications for different printers.

The new version of the software includes packages and modules that can be configured to address what digital print shops in 2020 require most – the ability to distribute and print jobs across a variety of workflow scenarios; network, cloud-based as well as local workstation printing using automated production processes. Notable feature additions include barcode-based job processing, custom template creation for automating print layouts, automatic job sorting, centralised RIP server printing and much more. All of
these new optimisation tools are built around Visual Production Manager, the easy to use, centralised RIP control hub that has been the focal point of Digital Factory since its original release.

Digital Factory includes custom drivers and colour profiles for all the latest, most widely used digital printers. Also included in certain packages are 100’s of cutter drivers with support for seamless in-RIP contour cutting of even the most complex shaped graphics, providing users with the ability to print, as well as print and cut jobs all from a single RIP software solution standardising and streamlining production workflows of all types.
