Wild Thang showed its support for The British Red Cross by taking part in a one-off fundraising concert.

The With Love from Liverpool concert took place on September 19. Leaders, musicians and businesses from across the Liverpool region rallied together at the concert hosted by John Bishop and Janice Long.

The money raised on the night was donated to The British Red Cross to support the plight of the thousands of refugee families fleeing the war in Syria.

Andrew Dwerryhouse commented: “We felt we just had to help and thought the best way of doing that because of the short timescales was by creating something in-house, so we decided to produce the official T shirts free of charge so they could be sold on the night and online with all proceeds from sales going to The British Red Cross.”

The messages on the T shirts were simple: With Love from Liverpool and #allyouneedislove.

Mr Dwerryhouse added: “When we heard that nearly £2,000 had been raised on just the sale of the T shirts the whole Wild Thang team really did feel an immense sense of pride that we were doing our little bit for those people most in need. As a company we always try to do what we can when it comes to corporate social responsibility and would like to think people and organisations do take note of our efforts as a company.”
