Unicorn White the latest groundbreaking plastisol ink to be released by International Coatings Company.
It has been designed specifically for polyester and problematic synthetic fabrics.
Engineered with ultra-low bleed and fast-flash technology, Unicorn White combats dye migration issues commonly faced by screen printers. Its advanced composition provides crisp and vibrant prints on a variety of polyester-based garments.
What sets Unicorn White apart is its ease of printability and creamy viscosity. Unlike traditional poly whites that require a lot of squeegee pressure to clear the screen, Unicorn White allows for more effortless, smoother printing. The reduced pressure improves print consistency, enhances production efficiency and for manual printers, minimises printer fatigue.
Unicorn White is part of ICC’s FlexCure line, which means it can be cured across a range of temperatures. For Unicorn White, that range is 135°C to 163°C. Unicorn White’s low-cure, low-bleed properties help stem dye migration on cotton/poly blends as well as on most polyester substrates.
