Brother has unveiled the GTX300, a new hybrid direct to garment (DTG) and direct to film (DTF) printer designed to help garment decorators expand production capabilities and respond to growing demand for personalised apparel.
Launching across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on September 1, the compact industrial printer combines DTG and DTF functionality in a single system, allowing users to switch between printing directly onto cotton garments and producing DTF transfers for polyester, blended fabrics and other applications.
According to Brother, this flexibility enables businesses to take on a wider range of orders while reducing production limitations.
The GTX300 has been developed for a broad range of users, including apparel decorators, promotional product suppliers, screen printers, print-on-demand businesses, fashion brands and retailers offering in-store personalisation.
Brother says the machine is designed to support shorter production runs, faster turnaround times and increased production efficiency.
Key features include new Brother industrial printheads, high-speed, high-resolution printing, a 7in touchscreen, automated maintenance functions and software designed to streamline production.
The system also incorporates a White Enhanced Mode to optimise white ink coverage, while its compact footprint makes it suitable for businesses where space is at a premium.
Brother will support the launch with training resources and technical support as part of its ongoing commitment to customers in the garment decoration sector.
