Kornit Digital has expanded its digital textile production capabilities with the launch of the Presto MAX PLUS.
It is a new roll-to-roll system designed to support high-performance applications across multiple industries
Unveiled at Texprocess 2026 in Frankfurt, the solution enables on-demand production for sectors including footwear, automotive interiors, sportswear, military textiles, and home furnishings.
Building on the existing Presto MAX platform, the single-step digital pigment system eliminates the need for pre- and post-processing, offering a water-free solution that reduces waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact. It also removes minimum order requirements, allowing manufacturers greater flexibility and efficiency.
A key innovation is the introduction of DuraTech, a durability enhancer that improves resistance to wear, flex, and abrasion – critical for demanding end uses such as footwear uppers and technical apparel. The system also features Precise Overprint technology, which ensures accurate image placement on challenging materials, including pre-knitted and unstable fabrics.
Additional capabilities include white ink printing on dyed textiles, expanded colour options, and 3D effects through XDi technology. With automated calibration via QualiSet, the Presto MAX PLUS delivers consistent, high-quality output, supporting scalable and sustainable production for modern textile markets.
