Badgers of Blackpool ceases trading as MD enters retirement

L-R: Alan Dentith, Heather Robertson and Noel Dentith

After more than 30 years of supplying heat presses and transfers in the Northwest of England, managing director of Badgers of Blackpool, Noel Dentith has entered retirement.

Mr Dentith will now enjoy a very well-earned retirement, playing golf and spending time with his three children and grandchildren. With his son Alan also moving on to pastures new it does mean the end of Badgers (Overpress).

Badgers was a supporter of Target Transfers in the Northwest, supplying custom heat transfers, Stahls’ heat transfer vinyl and Hotronix equipment.

Martin Borley, managing director of Target Transfers, said: “During Noel’s incredible tenure he was instrumental in the distribution of stock transfers in the Northwest, primarily around Blackpool. Liked and respected by his customers in that region, he was Mr Transfers of the North!

“I know that on behalf of everyone in the industry, and those at Target and GroupeSTAHL past and present, I can thank Noel and Alan for their hard work, dedication, and support over years, and raise a toast to their good health and future prosperity.”

Although Overpress and Badgers stopped trading on December 7, the network of loyal customers will still be able to source their custom transfers, HTV and equipment directly with Target Transfers where Heather Robertson will be more than happy to take your call and support you going forward.
