Chemical Consultants (CCI) has introduced a new website for easier customer browsing and navigation.
Service to customers will be enhanced by providing an opportunity to build their own equipment and order directly online.
By ordering online customers will be able to view their purchase history, as well as track recent order delivery.
Customers can also sign up to receive a newsletter and receive early alerts on discounts and promotions.
Education on the website has also been enhanced; with YouTube how-to videos on equipment and the screen cleaning process have been uploaded.
In addition, the website is desktop, tablet and smartphone friendly. Visitors using smartphones and tablets will no longer need to pinch or zoom to read web pages and can use the same type of navigation found on most mobile apps.
