DigitisingMart Ltd recently launched ‘Embroidery Mart’ at the P&P show in Birmingham receiving an overwhelming response. UK Managing Partner, Raj Joshi stated: ‘This is the culmination of many constructive conversations with our customers over 20 years of catering to the custom embroidery digitising market. We were consistently informed about the lack of good quality stock embroidery designs in the UK with some of our customers having little option but to purchase stock design libraries from the States. US pioneers Dakota Collectibles, the world’s largest stock design company, have consequently partnered with us to launch a similar service now in the UK. We have not only used part of their collection which we felt was relevant to the UK market but we will be working with their Art department on an on-going basis to develop UK-centric designs. Our goal is to treat our customers in the highest regard, by emphasising excellent customer service, speedy product delivery and to provide them a way to shop from the convenience of their computers in a safe and secure online environment. Furthermore, we will continue to recognise the needs and concerns of the embroiderer.
