Amaya now believes it can offer you a solution for most garment decoration requirements. It offers the leading Melco EMT16 modular embroidery machines, Polyprint Texjet range of DTG printers, DuPont DTG ink, Forever transfer paper, Sef garment film/Vvnyl, Graphtec cutters, Stahls and Shulze heat presses. Forever transfer paper
Forever is one of the largest suppliers of transfer paper and is manufactured in Europe up to the highest standard. Its star players are the Forever Laser Dark (no cut) and the Forever Flex-Soft (no cut) papers.
The Forever Laser Dark (no cut) is used in conjunction with the OKI white toner printer. It produces full colour printing on to dark coloured garments and products with no weeding. It will print onto cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, leather, denim, paper, wood metal etc. It is a very easy system compared with other methods and will work with the OKI A3 as well as the A4 size.
The Forever Flex Soft (no cut) is a brand new paper that can produce single colour intricate designs in basic colours, metallic and neon. The most important benefit is that no weeding is required. The beauty about this exciting product is that it can be used with a standard office laser cmyk printer. All you have to do is print black on the special coloured paper and the design will come out in the same colour. A very economical way of printing quality designs on any coloured garment.

Forever also produces Forever Classic and Universal – laser transfer paper for light coloured materials, Forever Five Star Universal – used for light coloured open weave textiles, Forever Laser Light(no cut) – one paper system for light coloured garments and with no weeding.
Polyprint Texjet DTG printers
Polyprint has recently launched its compact Texjet Shortee which is only 115x66cm and fits on to a small table but still prints up to a size of 32x45cm. Amaya believes this is the lowest cost professional DTG printer available. It comes with a 12 months warranty, (including the print head), and also includes the latest Polyprint V7 RIP software.
Amaya’s best-selling Texjet Plus Advanced prints up to 42x60cm and is available with quick change assorted size platens and stand. It comes with re-fillable ink cartridges which saves pounds on your costs and comes standard with a pressurised ink system which helps prevent white ink blockages.
If you want an even larger printing area Amaya now has the Texjet Long massive print area of 42x95cm.

Melco EMT16 modular single and multi-head embroidery machines
Melco EMT16 embroidery machines are now common place in many large embroidery companies. Their many unique features put them streets ahead of conventional machines because of their modular efficiency. Because of their efficient running, many companies have reduced their machine head count by around half and still keep up with production.
With Melco EMT16 you can start with one machine and add on when your production requires.
Sef garment film
Sef offers all types of films/ Vinyls for textile applications such as Maxx Flex, Velcut Flock, Nylon, Metaflex and the latest Flexcut X4.
The Flexcut X4 has only a four second transfer time, is very fast for weeding, has a tacky liner and ideal for fine detailed designs. It is a high quality multi layered polyurethane film, PVC free and produced without solvents.
Amaya recommends the Graphtec plotter/cutter for use with its garment film.
