SHIRT LUPFER New MHM Shirt-Lupfer automates garment unloading
The Shirt-Lupfer

The new MHM Shirt-Lupfer has been designed by Germany engineering company Weikon to steamline the workflow process for screen printers by unloading garments from the platen.

Unlike traditional automated technologies which have to be retrofitted, the robotic Shirt-Lupfer or ‘shirt picker-up’ can be seamlessly integrated into various manufacturing setups, from small-scale to large-scale operations.

The Shirt-Lupfer not only streamlines the removal process, but also serves as a protective barrier, safeguarding the integrity of the print medium as it is removed from the platen.

The time taken to remove a T shirt is eight seconds, and less than five seconds for bags.

The perks of streamlining the workflow process include; boosted workflow productivity, improved planning accuracy, gentle treatment of print materials, reliable automation and standardisation, and quick return on investment.
