A team of 11 from Incorporatewear has raised nearly £1,000 by taking part in Cancer Research’s Race for Life.

The team took part in the 10km race in Sutton Coldfield Park on June 26.

Lydia Stringer, trainee account manager at Incorporatewear, said: “We are grateful that everyone has been so generous, which has meant we have beaten our initial fundraising target of £500. However, it’s not too late to donate to a very worthwhile cause. Everyone who took part was involved for different personal reasons, but mainly because we all know someone who has been affected by cancer.”

Cancer Research UK is the world leader in finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
