Toby Pache has stepped down as the managing director of Sharon Lee after 25 years at the helm.
In a post on LinkedIn he said: “Sharon Lee has been a labour of love of mine for over 25 years, but now I have taken the decision to move on from Sharon Lee and the promotional industry, to seek a new challenge and forge a new path, of which I am hoping to take the first steps on in 2023.”
He continued: “To move on from a business that my family have built and owned for 75 years was the hardest decision that I have ever made – bar none. But the time has come to find a new challenge and a new path.”
Sharon Lee was founded in Braintree in 1947 and has been run by the Pache family for the last 75 years. The business specialises in headwear.
Lee Parkin is the new owner and director at Sharon Lee. Sales director Danny Butterfield takes over as the new managing director.
