Transfer printable webbing and media
DVWEB-VYL is a hot peel cad cut material designed for printing single colour designs available in 25 colours, text and logos onto the DV1540 smooth belt webbing, available 40 mm for the makeup of any web belt. This enables small to medium business to offer printed web belts cost effectively. The webbing has been specially designed for belts and has a smooth profiled surface ideal for transfer printing. Devanét offers a high volume reel to reel printing service if required.
Webbing is available cut to length or in rolls up to 50 metres long. The DVWEB-VYL is available in 2.5m, 5m and 10m rolls.
Sublimation webbing
The biggest issue with most polyester webbing is that it shrinks drastically at the normal temperatures used for sublimation applications and often curls out of shape. The Devanét
sublimation webbing is specially formulated and pretreated to be suitable for sublimation printing, in addition the back of the webbing is black so that both sides do not have to be printed. Full colour logos and designs can be printed in hi resolution. The webbing can be supplied suitable for two sided printing and reel to reel orders can be professionally printed for customers if required, but customers can also purchase small quantities as low as 25 metres for short run applications.
Custom made printables
In addition Devanét has the in house facilities to create other upmarket sublimation printables, some of these are available include; presentation boxes for cufflinks, belts, gifts with custom made inserts, cufflinks in various shapes with purpose made inserts all made from solid brass and then plated in various finishes
A new range of lightweight aluminium buckles, coasters, wooden signs with special shaped inserts for full colour sublimation printing, letter openers all these items are custom made for customers who would like a range of their own exclusive printables.
