Prevention is better than cure

DSC 1969 Prevention is better than cure
The difference is clear

The team at Dave Roper would like to emphasise the importance of cleaning and maintaining whichever direct to garment printer people have.

If you take a look at the pictures you will see there is a clear difference between the two prints. This particular design was printed on an M&R M-Link.

After leaving the machine and print heads for over two weeks without cleaning or any upkeep you will see the change in the print. This emphasises the importance of preventative maintenance.

With the M&R M-Link you are provided with a schedule to help you maintain your DTG so it prints the best quality possible. It includes suggestions on when to check the printing nozzles to when to replace any filters.

Prevention is better than cure, better than having to fix the problem when you haven’t maintained the printer and you have a big job to do.
