Relabel garments in seconds with the MK1 semi-automatic transfer press

The continuous roll system is key to the machines printing speed

The phenomenal speed and ease of use of the InnoPrinter semi-automatic transfer press has seen it become the first choice in machinery for applying printed labels directly into garments.

The MK1 press, the smallest machine in the range, can apply multicolour prints up to 10x10cm in as little as 0.8 seconds. Its efficiency is un-rivalled by any other application method and the printing results are far superior to standard transfers and traditional screen printing.

The range of super-soft transfers available from InnoPrinter Transfer Technology are Oeko-Tex 100 certified, making them completely safe for use in kids clothing and in areas that come into direct contact with skin.

With automatic alignment and a simple foot pedal operation, an experienced operator can look to label in excess of 500 garments per hour.

Hobo Jack, one of the UK’s biggest independent clothing brands, first encountered the InnoPrinter a couple of years ago and instantly recognised its potential.

“The InnoPrinter has completely transformed the way we print our garments. Each time we had a batch of garments to label we were losing a huge amount of time changing the pallets on our auto-carousel. Now we have an InnoPrinter set up purely for printing neck labels and we’re churning out over 20,000 garments per month,” a spokesperson said.

With more and more brands now offering tear-away and label-free garments in their ranges, having the ability to apply custom labels at high speed for low cost creates a huge new opportunity for garment decorators in the fashion, leisure, promotional and workwear industries.

Hi-vis waistcoats on the InnoPrinter

‘Transfer’ your safetywear

For many tradespeople, hi-vis waistcoats have become something of a disposable item, littering building sites and white vans up and down the country. Unfortunately, this has made it almost impossible for decorators to earn anything from the sale of relatively low garment volumes.

Maybe it doesn’t have to be that way.

The economies of scale associated with traditional screen printing are a no-brainer; the difficulty comes trying to convince the customer to purchase larger volumes they don’t want – or perhaps when they don’t have the cash to spend.

For regular customers ordering smaller quantities several times a year, why not hold a stock of transfer prints instead.

As well as continuous roll transfers, InnoPrinter Transfer Technology manufactures individual sheet transfers up to 40x60cm.

Available as little as 50 at a time, these transfer prints can be pressed using any heat press in just four seconds. They are suitable for a whole variety of materials including cotton, polyester, nylon, non-woven and even fleece.

Generally speaking, a transfer print is around 5 to 10% of the total cost to produce an item, meaning the risk of additional transfers going to waste in the future is minimal.

With a stock of customer transfers on your shelf, now you can serve the customer in record time, at a competitive price and not have to strong arm them into buying a five year supply of garments all at once.
