Adam Youngman started Custom Kings in February equipped with an Epson SureColor SC-F2000 direct to garment printer supplied by DTG Solutions.
He said: “I am so pleased about how quickly the business is growing – and most of it by word of mouth. I bought the SureColor because I knew from previous experience just how good this printer is and really easy to use. It produces great quality on coloured and white T shirts and polo shirts, and with efficient use of ink.
“I have a selection of platen sizes – and the medium grooved platen is particularly good for handling zipped shirts and even full zip through jackets. I really like the fact that Epson’s new Eco Tube wash feature means that the printer uses very little white ink during the daily maintenance routine. It only takes 10 minutes and I am back in production.”
The SureColor printer has proved extremely popular.
