Screen Ink & Solvent Supplies has acquired Birmingham-based Premier Screen Services as managing director Phil Lewis enters retirement.
Premier is a long-established business offering screen print supplies and screen stretching to the Midlands area. Screen Ink & Solvent Supplies will absorb Premier into its UK operations, distributing from its head office in Stockport and its manufacturing facility in Kent. The same service and back up will continue to be offered to Premier’s customer base.
Tony Gravell, sales director, SISS, said: “Phil did a great job building and servicing a loyal customer base. It’s important that we carry this on and wish him all the best in his retirement!”
Screen Ink & Solvent Supplies is the UK distributor for MagnaColours, Rutland Inks, Fujifilm Sericol, Chromaline, Alkemi and several other brands. The company also manufactures screen cleaning chemicals for manual and automatic screen cleaning. Screen Ink & Solvent Supplies also operates and owns the Wicked Printing Stuff web business.
