Stahls’ triples Pennsylvania manufacturing facility

Plans showing what the expansion will look like

Work began on expanding Stahls’ manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania towards the end of 2022 and now the company has provided an update on the build.

The manufacturing facility will triple in size from 35,000sq ft to a huge 100,000sq ft.

In the middle of April, the main structure of the expansion was up and concrete was being laid to create the floors.

Ted Stahl, executive chairman at GroupeSTAHL, said: “We are extremely thankful for the support of our customers who continue to embrace heat printing technology for apparel decoration. We are honoured to be a part of the solution for your decorating needs. And we are also very grateful for everyone behind the scenes who works so hard to simplify our customer’s experience.”

The manufacturing site will triple in size

It is expected the site will be operational by the summer to support the rising global demand for Stahl’s Hotronix heat presses.

Stahls’ has been in the heat press game since 1986. Target Transfers is the UK home of Stahls’ heat presses.
