The latest embroidery machine to be launched by Stocks Sewing & Embroidery Solutions from ZSK is the Racer 4S.

This is the first machine available in the Racer series and includes the world’s smallest tubular arm.

Last year ZSK unveiled the Sprint 6 – the company’s newest single head embroidery machine – which was the first industrial machine to include the world’s smallerst tubular arm, which allows embroidery on the narrowest of textiles, such as shirt pockets and shoes.

Now this technology has been included in the new Racer 4S and will be seen on further releases within the series.

The ‘clean arm’ design, with minimised open spaces, helps to prevent textiles getting damaged or to be pulled into any open spaces. The system also works without a picker at the front, which stops the textiles being pulled by the picker into the hook.

With four embroidery heads, 12 needles on each head, and an embroidery sewing speed of 1,000 stitches per minute, the Racer 4S is sprinting ahead of existing multi-head machines, setting a truly high standard within the industry.
