Adelco has been a renowned supplier of automated textile ovals and carousels for over 30 years.
Its range of oval presses have had a significant impact, particularly in the Asian markets where larger print areas and many stations are required. However, there are instances smaller oval models are chosen where the footprint works better in certain facilities with restrictions in space and layout.
Adelco launched a completely new full range of automated carousels in May 2019 and it is no surprise to find that the Adelco ethos in build quality, reliability, speed and ease of use has been incorporated into the new Cyclone carousel range. An emphasis has been placed on rapid set up times using the latest techniques to be able to drop pre-registered screens into the machine with almost no adjustments required.
All Adelco’s screen printing presses, both oval and carousel, have the following exceptional features as standard:
- The fastest set up times by shooting screens in register, either using Adelco’s pre-registration unit or a DTS system. Print heads are zero’d on press, so that screens can be dropped in minimising the need to register the screens on the press.
- Fully electric print head drive and pallet movement.
- Individual and horizontal screen lift/lower for maximum ink stability in the screen and fastest cycle times.
- Individual high lift of screens for rapid screen cleaning and loading of flash cures into print head positions.
