Target to launch new mobile friendly website

Target Transfers is launching its brand new mobile-friendly e-commerce website later this month.

The website will allow customers to buy on account, pay through the website as a current customer or checkout as a guest. The new website is far easier to navigate, is more user-friendly and has taken on a clean, modern feel that focuses on helping the customer find the right product for their job.

It features user videos, clear concise imagery showing the extensive range of products they carry and highlights all the benefits of each product. There is also a comparison tool to help the customer choose the best product for the job and Target has highlighted the surrounding services that can be provided on the custom side of things i.e. complete fulfilment.

Customers can buy everything from plotter/cutters and accessories through to metres or rolls of vinyl and even heat presses out of hours, when it suits them.

The website has application instructions available for all vinyls to download free from the site, there is a selection of useful eBooks to assist customers in starting their own business and product placement guides along with links to other US companies part of the Stahl’s Group and to the popular Stahl’s TV. The website will continue to be improved in the coming months as Target upgrade certain areas and take onboard suggestions from their customers.

Martin Borley, managing director, said: “The aim of the new site is to make our customers lives easier. We hope the refreshed website reassures our customers that we value their business, their opinions and want to work with them to achieve their goals. The improvements we have made as to how customers can now place orders has been our focus in the rebuild of the website.

“The aim was to make things quicker and easier and help our customers grow their businesses in the way they want to.

“By being able to place orders online, anytime, with the ability to add items to their account when they need to and not have to pick the phone up each day/week will save them both time and money without impacting on the service they receive – that’s what everyone wants in business these days.”
