Resolute DTG’s R-Jet 5 is tried, tested and still going strong. It has been performing in the field for over three years now with no changes.

Resolute DTG introduced the R-Jet 5 three years ago at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! It was very well received and sold out for weeks after the show. Three years later the R-Jet 5 is still as popular as ever and has just sold out yet again at the 2015 exhibition.

Coupled with Resolute’s own RIP software, the R-Jet 5 was the first single head direct to garment printer to have the in-line printing mode launched at FESPA in London two years ago. Leading the way then and still leading the way now with its hybrid technology, boosting performance and offering greater flexibility, the R-Jet 5 is a very hard act to follow. In recent case studies the R-Jet 5 was found to not only offer better value for money but also outperform other systems with a higher cost of ownership.

One of the R-Jet 5’s key features and secret to its success is iWICS (intelligent white ink control system). The unique iWICS system automatically circulates the white ink when the printer is not in use, but without any waste. With no need to remove the cartridges to shake the white ink as it circulates the entire system including the contents of the ink storage tanks there is very little wear and tear on the ink system giving greater reliability with no expensive waste.
