The new facility can hold in excess of 15 million T shirts and will allow the distributor to grow alongside its customers while increasing its depth of stock and product offering.

Bespoke manufacture
Decades of experience in textile manufacture and a strong, worldwide supply network allows Absolute Apparel to offer a true bespoke service for you and your customers. When an existing silhouette is to be adapted or a completely new design is to be developed, Absolute Apparel has the resources and expertise to make your dreams a reality.
The distributor can assist at all stages of product development, from guiding a product at its inception to ensure it meets its purpose, to offering practical solutions to achieve the correct specification at the right price point for existing designs. Quality is assured with external testing at production to ensure the garment performs to your requirements and samples will be provided for your approval before manufacture begins. Minimums for bespoke production are dependent on the type of garment and specification required, however a quantity of 1,000 pieces is usually requested to ensure that the quality and colours are matched correctly from batch to batch.
Items can be embellished at source to your specification, with no limitations on fabrics, accessories or packaging options. Absolute Apparel understands the importance of ethical sourcing and all factories will be fully accredited for social, ethical and environmental compliance. Realistic, door to door lead times are always quoted and an update is given at each stage of production to ensure there are no surprises throughout the process for you and your customer.
