YES Ltd officially opens its new premises

Yesterday marked the grand opening of Your Embroidery Services Ltd’s new premises in Mansfield.

YES Ltd moved into the 20,000sq ft building known as Sovereign House in October 2015, but decided to wait a year before holding a grand opening. Customers old and new, business partners and suppliers were all invited to the big occasion.

The building was officially opened by vice lord-lieutenant of Nottinghamshire, colonel Tim Richmond.

Moving into the new building has allowed YES Ltd to more than double in size and now provides the company with three show rooms dedicated to embroidery, label printing and direct to garment printing, as well as admin and marketing space, an onsite warehouse and onsite research and development facilities.

Not only has YES Ltd taken on more space, but the company has also recruited a further seven members of staff bringing the total number employed by the company to 36.

And speaking of staff, YES Ltd’s first-ever employee Steve Gilbert, was presented with a gift from the company’s directors as a thank you for 21 years of service.

YES Ltd first opened its door for business way back in February 1995 in managing director Roy Burton’s study. Fast-forward 21 years and the company is looking forward to what the future brings.

Mr Burton said: “The move to our new premises marks another step forward in our progress. Our 10 year vision is to continue the development of a family-run business, developing new and diverse products to meet the demands of the industry tomorrow.”
