Digital print specialist Snap Products has unveiled a new upgraded website. Several key features have been rolled out, including real-time stock checking, instant quotes and online sign-off of orders, all available 24 hours a day.
As well as a new look and easier navigation, the website now features a trade login area that allows distributors to view in-progress orders, check their status and see estimated dispatch dates. Artwork proof sheets can be download and orders approved online – now the entire process from getting quotes, uploading artwork and signing-off orders can take place entirely online, saving time on phone calls and emails.
The trade login also allows distributors to see content bespoke to them, such as catalogue group pricing.
The relaunched Snap Products website has more products than ever before, including lines exclusive to Snap Products. The new improved search functionality helps navigate the comprehensive range, including best-sellers and express lines. An instant quote builder is available 24/7, with prices updated as product quantities and print options are selected.
Other features include downloadable product data and online customer support, while the distributor finder allows end users to find and rate distributors and helps the distributor get more leads.
