Resolute DTG and Shima Seiki have joined forces to bring the new SIP160F3 flatbed inkjet printer to market.

Renowned for its heritage of manufacturing world-leading knitwear machinery Shima Seiki of Japan has now applied its knowledge to the DTG market.

Now released with a pigment ink option, the SIP160F3 extends this freedom of print to the DTG industry, offering a whole new world of opportunity to the user with unparalleled versatility and flexibility.

The SIP160F3 is a large print area (2.4×1.6m), three-axis machine. It caters for your usual T shirt size, but also a vast range of media types, styles and sizes; from placement print to all over T shirt printing to multiple items or oversized items. Available in two sizes each allowing media thickness up to 45mm the SIP160F3 is also perfect for irregular shapes and uneven structures.

The SIP160F3 will give you the edge with an affordable and unique avenue to drive your business forward with agility and versatility – on demand.

Based on Resolute’s extensive pre-press knowledge a direct to screen version capable of 2880dpi with an image area up to 2.4m and 1.6m will also be available very soon.
