Demystify Digital has announced a partnership to integrate the Pulse Microsystems PulseID platform in its enterprise website developments and business process automation solutions.
Following a recently completed project with a major online retailer, Demystify Digital is formally launching integrations across the major e-commerce platforms—Magento 2, Shopify, Prestashop, WordPress, and WooCommerce aimed at online retailers offering embroidery, printing, engraving, and personalisation services. With the ability to offer a completely tailored integration, the opportunities extend beyond these markets.
Craig Blackman, owner, Demystify Digital, said: “With e-commerce in the UK expected to grow by double digits year on year, there has never been a better time to invest in e-commerce. With such a heavy focus on user experience and accessibility, it is essential to invest in your e-commerce platform and offer a unique user experience to drive sales and growth.
“With PulseID and AJS, we now have the capability to offer a truly seamless experience for the end user while simultaneously providing the client with a platform to automate their sales order workflow and artwork generation.”
The ability for embroiderers to automate the flow of designs directly to Tajima embroidery machines is also launching as part of a slew of PulseID functionality, further automating the production process. It does not stop there. AJS Embroidery Services will collaborate with Demystify Digital to provide a seamless experience across a network of embroidery machines, allowing users to direct artwork based on rules and predefined parameters, providing workflow optimisation and delivering new levels of speed and versatility.
For printers and laser engraving, the same features and benefits can be delivered with the PulseID platform, which provides native support and integration with Brother Pro Bulk and GTX direct to garment print machines, and Seit laser machines. The benefits of the PusleID platform can be extended to any retail manufacturing process where personalisation is a key factor in the workflow.
With both a cloud-based offering as well as on-premises solutions, PusleID caters to businesses of all sizes. The modular approach taken allows integration of the full platform or just elements depending on challenges. This allows for an agile and simplified approach to integration.
Scott Mason, sales manager, AJS Embroidery Services, added: “AJS are glad to be working with Craig at Demystify Digital. Craig has the expertise and experience to bridge the PulseID offering to your existing systems, seamlessly and professionally or similar if you want to change anything.”
Demystify Digital is working with embroiderers, printers, and engravers to bring a level of automation and flexibility rarely seen in the industry. Leveraging over 20 years of experience working in high-volume manufacturing, the aim is to pull the industry firmly into the 21st century by using simple methodologies to simultaneously increase productivity, profitability, and sales growth across multichannel sales and e-commerce.
