MHM is listed for sale

After running into financial difficulties, MHM was listed for sale on November 14.

A statement on the company’s website said: “As everyone has heard, MHM has unfortunately run into financial difficulties. The cause of the financial difficulties was in the past and it has hindered the continuation of the company immensely.”

The business has taken steps to secure the future of the MHM brand and restore its market position through the establishment of a successor company.

As such, insolvency administrators have determined that MHM is closed and no longer owned by Ulrich Loser.

The corporation will continue to operate under the name MHM and the business will be maintained. The business reports that it has a strong order pipeline and several interested buyers have already come forward.

The statement continued: “A new entity will eventually be established to carry forward MHM’s legacy under a new name.”

And despite recent challenges, MHM continues to develop new products with these innovations due to be introduced to the market soon.

MHM is headquartered in Austria. MHM’s partner in the UK is MHM Direct GB, based in Stanton By Dale, Derbyshire.
