French music merchandising specialist SNA GZ has expanded its textile production capabilities with the installation of Kornit Digital’s Atlas MAX PLUS.

With the new kit, the company has increased its capacity by 150%, supporting growing demand for on-demand merchandise and e-commerce fulfilment.

Part of GZ Media, the world’s leading vinyl record manufacturer, SNA GZ provides merchandise production, textile printing and e-commerce logistics for record labels, artists, brands and entertainment companies across Europe.

The investment supports the company’s strategy of offering more flexible production, with digital printing enabling smaller runs.

Clément Baumelou, managing director at SNA GZ, said: “Beyond expanding our production capacity, this investment enables us to support the market’s shift toward more agile, responsive, and on-demand business models.”

Kornit’s integrated pre-treatment process was a key factor in the decision, alongside its All-Inclusive Click commercial model, which provides greater predictability over production costs.

The Atlas MAX PLUS also offers expanded colour capabilities, allowing selected jobs to move from screen printing to digital production using CMYK plus red and green inks.

SNA GZ expects to upgrade to Kornit Atlas MATRIX technology in the future, potentially expanding into polyester applications, including sports jerseys and additional music merchandise.

Guy Yaniv, president of Kornit Digital Europe, said: “SNA GZ demonstrates how modern merchandise producers are combining digital production, fulfilment, and e-commerce logistics to create highly agile customer-focused manufacturing environments.

“Their innovative approach reflects the growing convergence of entertainment commerce, print-on-demand production, and digital textile manufacturing.”
