Mimaki launched the TxF330-800, a new direct to film (DTF) printer designed to provide stable, high-quality garment decoration in demanding production environments.
The new system delivers 1.5x the production speed of the previous TxF300-75 model and features an expanded 16-cartridge ink system, including up to eight white ink slots providing up to 4L of capacity. Mimaki’s UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) also lets you replace cartridges without stopping production.
The TxF330-800 incorporates Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT), designed to improve film transport and reduce the risk of misalignment during high-speed, long-duration printing. Rotary wipers and MCT2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) have also been introduced to support easier maintenance and help prevent ink blockages.
The printer’s expanded colour gamut includes Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks, supporting more vibrant output, smoother gradients and accurate colour reproduction. The inks are Eco Passport-certified and packaged in an eco-cartridge.
Arjen Evertse, director of sales at Mimaki Europe, said: “Performance and productivity were key drivers in developing the TxF330-800.
“This new printer answers direct market demands for robust, high-speed DTF technology, and it further demonstrates our commitment to customer-focused innovation in this market.”
The TxF330-800 will make its debut on the Hybrid Services stand at The Print Show, where visitors will be able to see the system in operation.
