GS UK’s newly developed Merlin Pro machines, which were launched during Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2019, complement the existing Merlin Pro range of industrial embroidery machines.
The new GS1506 machine is a six-head machine with 15 needles while the new GS1504 machine is a four-head machine with 15 needles, both machines have a stitching speed of 1000spm. The machines have a large Touch Screen enabling access to the Merlin Controller Software, allowing the user to select frame sizes, input colours, control stitching speeds and many other functions related to the running of the machine.
Also included is the Monogram Maestro Software, a powerful lettering and editing package which offers 56 fonts and 230 stock designs.
As with the existing Merlin machine range the enhanced bar code facility to load designs quickly and efficiently is also included with the new machines.
