Kornit Digital DTG printers

Kornit is one of the leaders in the industry and provides a great range of fully industrial printers from the Breeze through to the Storm, the Avalanche up to the Vulcan. All the Kornit models have built in automatic pre-treatment which saves massively on time, cost and labour.

The latest model to be released is the Avalanche HD6 which has reduced the price per print cost down significantly. It can now be as low as 0.50p on an A3 sized full colour print. This is competing very well with screen printing on orders of up to 750 units. All the Kornit models are excellent for web to print technology.

Texjet DTG printers by Polyprint

Amaya has distributed the Texjet range of printers for over 10 years. The team has found that they are a robust piece of equipment which provides first class print quality. It can be left for around 30 days with the power switched off and still work when switched back on. It is easy to maintain and it is very economical on ink.

All new printers come with the latest Rip software called Digital Factory Apparel V10. This new software offers more options and makes the Texjet even easier to use.

Melco EMT16 Plus modular embroidery machines

Another great year for the Melco EMT16 Plus machines with record sales again. More and more multi-head embroiderers are now seeing how they could benefit in production and time.  Also, many of the customers that started with one machine are adding on extra ones.

Melco have also released a new Fast Clamp system which is ideal for any difficult to frame products such as football boots, shoes, bags, etc. (see photo). Adjusts to various sizes.

Hoopmaster and Mighty Hoops

The easy way to frame up garments is to use the Hoopmaster framing system. Make sure every garment is aligned correct and at the perfect frame tension.

Amaya stocks a large range of Mighty Hoops. These hoops take the pressure off framing and can hold large jackets with ease.

OKI A3 PRO8432WT and OKI A4 PRO7411WT printers

Both white toner printers are used with Amaya’s Forever transfer papers. This is an excellent lower priced alternative for full colour printing. The image is printed on to the transfer paper and this is then heat pressed on to the product.

Forever Transfer Paper

These transfer papers are suitable for full and single colour design creation on a wide variety of products. Remember that there is no weeding with this system so you can create really intricate designs easily.

The most popular transfer paper is the Laser Dark (no cut) which is for full colour printing on to dark garments. This is closely followed by the Forever Flex Soft, which is a single colour product that comes in metallic, neon and standard colours. The Flex Soft can be printed on a standard laser printer so start up costs are a minimum.

The various papers are suitable for printing on to textiles, wood, plastic, slate, glass, paper etc.

Sef Garment Film and Vinyl

Amaya offer a full range of Sef Garment films for all types of materials and processes. The Flexcut X4 is very popular and is suitable for printing on to cotton and polyester. It gives very fast weeding and its tacky liner gives allows you very fine cutting and with a transfer time of only four seconds.

Another popular product is the Maxxflex which is a high quality multi-layered polyurethane film which is PVC free and produced without solvents. It has a good covering power, high elasticity and has excellent weeding characteristics.

Graphtec plotter/cutter

Amaya offers the Graphtec range of cutters which come in various widths. The Graphtec are professional cutters which give an accurate cut and are easy to use.

Stahls and Shulze heat presses

Both these manufacturers produce quality equipment and they are built to last. The Stahls Fusion gives you a drawer and swing press, it also has a pressure setting adjustment to cut out the guess work.
