After a profitable 2016, Arem Italia has decided to invest in new technological machines.
The first one is a new Barudan multi-head embroidery machine, featuring positive needle drive technology giving you the ability to sew on a variety of items and the most precisely sewn details and lettering. Barudan’s superior welded frame construction enables higher production plus top sewing speeds, up to 1,100 stitches per minute and it use up to nine coloured threads. Thanks to Servo motors that increase the production and give more power to the machine Arem Italia will be able to produce superior stitching with an exceptional quality.
In addition, Arem Italia has purchased a customised GMI Plat Cam 90 laser machine. It combines the PC software and a special scanning camera that recognises fabrics and permits a precisely cut. The engraving speed is up to 1000mm/s, while the cutting speed is up to 600mm/s. This new laser cutting machine is suitable for a wide range of textile decorations, which cannot be done with other systems. Also, it accelerates the production process and gives precise and valuable results.
In view of this, Arem Italia is also employing several new professionals to work in its Italian factory.
