DecoNetwork has announced that Alex Heap has joined its technical support team. He will be working from DecoNetwork’s European base in the UK.
Mr Heap will already be known to many DecoNetwork customers as he is an active and valued contributor to our forums, having also created lots of useful how to videos posted on YouTube.
With over four years’ experience in vinyl printing and hands on experience with screen printing, Mr Heap has a good understanding of product decoration and production requirements. With a strong interest in graphic and web design, he has built a number of DecoNetwork sites, so from experience he really does understand the requirements of operating a product decoration business online with DecoNetwork.
Mr Heap will work directly with customers providing day to day technical support but if you would like to meet him in person, please come along and see us at P&P LIVE! in February at the NEC, Birmingham, on stand A32.
