Adelco Digi-Cure conveyor dryer

The Adelco Digi-Cure conveyor dryer has big performance with a small footprint, perfect for small to medium runs, it comes with an 80cm belt width and a whole host of other features. These include infeed and outfeed extraction that will provide a cleaner working environment. A digital interface to give you ultimate control over the drying and curing process, you can easily control the belt speed and temperature control of the tunnel for optimal output. The interface also provides feedback on maintenance and will flag any issues, helping to reduce any unnecessary downtime.

Thermotron FX25(S)

To complement the Adelco Digi-Cure is the new folding and stacking machine from Thermotron, the FX25(s). replacing the popular FX23. This small but mighty folder can fold clothes of various sizes and materials quickly, quietly and precisely. Clothes such as T shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, undershirts of various materials including polyester can be used in this machine. This machine requires one operator and can fold up to 2,500 pieces per eight hour shift. Both the FX25 and FX25S provide a program for easy packaging of the garment in a plastic bag, and the S model offers a second program for stacking folded garments.
