
Geiger acquired its first branded merchandise and apparel distributor based in Senden, Germany, on July 11.
The integration process will begin immediately, with the newly acquired WER rebranding to WER, a Geiger Company.
The move acts as part of the company’s ongoing international growth strategy, strengthening its presence in Europe.

All employees have been retained by Geiger, including Marc Strickrodt, CFO, and Mirco Häßlich, director, along with Alex Heinecke, CEO of WER, who will continue to lead the division under the new ownership.
