Grahame Gardner reinforces position in veterinary market with Burtons link up

Grahame Gardner has joined forces with Burtons Medical Equipment to provide a unique offering to the veterinary market.

Thanks to the growing partnership between the two companies, Burtons customers will now have access to a one-stop-shop for all their veterinary requirements, which now includes high quality workwear provided by Grahame Gardner.

The Grahame Gardner Burtons VETwear range includes tunics, trousers, Landau scrubs, polo shirts, gilets and fleece, but there are also plans to expand the range in the future. All items can be embroidered with any kind of company logo and monogrammed for maximum branding opportunity for clients.

Andrea Hardy, area sales manager at Grahame Gardner, said: “Grahame Gardner’s veterinary uniform offer has been around for many years, providing a range of garments to surgeries, animal charities and veterinary colleges up and down the UK. When the opportunity arose for us to join forces with Burtons, we knew it was the perfect fit as the Burtons name is unrivalled within the veterinary field.

“We can add value to their brand by the inclusion of uniforms and clothing within their offer, giving them a whole new market area to explore, and for us a strategic partnership with the best in the market can only benefit our business. In addition, as two family businesses we both enjoy similar values with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, a strong sales function and manufacture and distribution as key factors in the success and longevity of our companies in a very competitive marketplace.

“We are really excited about our work with Burtons and hope that this is just the beginning of a long, happy and successful partnership between us.”

Burtons Medical Equipment has been manufacturing, distributing and servicing a complete range of veterinary equipment, now covering everything from anaesthesia to x-ray, since the company was founded in 1981. It has remained a company with family at its heart, keeping the core values of animal welfare and customer satisfaction a top priority.

Matt Burton, marketing director at Burtons said: “We are delighted to be working with Grahame Gardner on this exciting new venture. Burtons have spent 40 years building a wealth of expertise in equipping veterinary practices and now, with the experience of a market leader such as Grahame Gardner on board, we look forward to being able to kit out the veterinary practitioner just as well!”
