P&P understands Nottingham-based garment decorator supplier, GS UK, has gone into administration, with all staff being made redundant as of Thursday last week (September 5).
It is understood that GS UK has posted the administration application through law firm Clarke Wilmott.
GS UK is the exclusive UK distributor of Gunold threads and consumables, as well as being the authorised dealer for Brother Sewing. The company also supplies Merlin and Brother embroidery machines, Brother DTF printers and CadCam Laser Cutters.
Since 2019, GS UK has been under the ownership of Robert De Regge.
Mr De Regge is an ex-Group CEO with global expertise in sales, marketing and manufacturing. Prior to his appointment to director, Mr De Regge had been working as an international change manager turning around companies in a global environment (Europe, UK, Asia and the Americas) for private equity providers, large industrial conglomerates and family-owned companies.
